The company provides returns and exchanges of goods of good quality in accordance with the Law “On Consumer Protection”.

Terms of return and exchange
Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days after receipt of the goods by the buyer.
Return delivery of goods is carried out by agreement.
Return policy for goods of good quality
In accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”, there are two reasons why a buyer can return or exchange the goods purchased by him:
1. if the goods do not meet the quality declared by the manufacturer;
2. if the product fully meets all the requirements, but for some reason does not suit the buyer.
Returns are made using the transportation services of the “Nova Poshta” company.
The return must be of good quality, namely
- the product packaging is not damaged
- the complete set is complete
- there is no mechanical damage
- no traces of use
Returns can be made within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Returns are made at the expense of the Sender.
Refunds are made in a convenient way for the client within 3 working days after the seller receives and checks the goods.
Terms of return of goods of inadequate quality:
According to Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, in case of detection of defects during the established warranty period, the consumer, in the manner and within the time limits established by law, has the right to demand
- proportional reduction of the price;
- free elimination of defects in the goods;
- reimbursement of expenses for elimination of defects in the goods.
- If defects in the goods are found that cannot be repaired, the Client may request a replacement of the goods or a refund Informing about the receipt of goods of inadequate quality must be made within the first 24 hours after the Client receives the goods by phone, by e-mail to dobrodiy.ukraina@gmail.com, or in the Viber messenger by phone +380 95 357-57-49.
The consumer's claims provided for in this article shall not be subject to fulfillment if the seller, manufacturer (enterprise that satisfies the consumer's claims established by part one of this article) proves that the defects of the goods arose as a result of the consumer's violation of the rules for using the goods or their storage. The consumer has the right to participate in the quality control of the goods in person or through his/her representative.
Refunds are made at the expense of the Recipient.
Refunds are made in a way convenient for the client within 3 business days after the seller receives and checks the goods.
You can specify the bank card details for the refund when making a refund. To make a refund to a bank card, please indicate the card number and full name of the bank card holder in Ukrainian.
Usually, the money is refunded in 2-7 days after the decision to refund is made.
The form for filling out a refund will be provided to you in the official store, or sent to you by e-mail if the return will be made by sending the goods by New mail.
Important! The product must not lose its presentation. The packaging, sales receipt (or invoice) must be preserved.
According to the Law “On Consumer Protection”, the company may refuse to exchange and return goods of good quality to the consumer if they belong to the categories specified in the current List of non-food goods of good quality that cannot be returned and exchanged.
Goods that are not subject to exchange and return cannot be returned either:
- foodstuffs, medicines and drugs, sanitary items
- photographic films, photographic plates, photographic paper
- corset goods
- perfumes and cosmetics
- feather and down products
- soft toys for children
- rubber inflatable toys for children
- combs, combs and massage brushes
- gloves
- fabrics
- tulle and lace fabrics
- carpet products by meter
- underwear
- bed linen
- hosiery
- goods in aerosol packaging
- printed publications
- goods for babies (diapers, nipples, feeding bottles, etc.)
- tools for manicure, pedicure (scissors, nail files, etc.)
- jewelry made of precious metals, precious stones, organogenic stones and semi-precious stones.
